- the right to know or access your Personal Information;
- the right to receive a portable copy of your Personal Information;
- the right to correct inaccurate Personal Information;
- the right to request deletion of your Personal Information;
- the right to opt out of certain uses and disclosures of your Personal Information, including the sale of your Personal Information, its use for targeted advertising, and its use for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning You (see “Notice of Right to Opt-Out” below);
- the right to limit the use or disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information; and
- the right to appeal a denial of a privacy rights request.
If You are a resident of a state that confers any of these rights, You may find more information in your state's section below.
Notice of Right to Opt-Out
Residents of California have the right to direct businesses not to sell their Personal Information or share it for targeted advertising. Residents of certain other states have the right to direct businesses not to process their Personal Information for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning them (the “right to opt out”). You can exercise your opt-out rights by using the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer of the Site or by interacting with the cookie banner that appears when You first visit the Site, and by enabling a Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) or similar recognized opt-out preference signal in your browser, which We will honor as a valid opt-out request.
Right to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of a Consumer's Privacy Rights
You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any privacy right conferred by your state's consumer privacy laws. We will not deny You goods or services, charge You different prices or rates (including through discounts, other benefits, or penalties), provide a different level or quality of goods or services, or suggest that You will receive a different price or level or quality of goods or services, because You exercised any of your privacy rights. We may, however, charge a different price or provide a different level or quality of goods or services if the difference is reasonably related to the value provided to Us by your Personal Information.
Making a Request, Appeals, and Authorized Agents
To make a request to exercise your privacy rights, You may email Us at info@Logical-Pharma.com or call 1-888-929-4519. To exercise your right to appeal a denied request, You may email Us at the same address and reference your original request.
Certain state residents may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on their behalf. We will comply with requests from authorized agents as required by law, and We will deny requests from agents who do not submit proof of authorization; We may require a copy of a power of attorney, or written permission from You together with your own identity verification.
We will confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) days and will respond within forty-five (45) days. If We need more time, We may take up to an additional forty-five (45) days, and We will tell You why.
For certain requests, We may need to verify your identity using information such as your name, email address, or postal address; the information required may depend on the type and sensitivity of the request.
We may deny a request if, for example, We cannot verify your identity, responding would create an unreasonable security risk, the law requires Us to retain the information, or We need the information to continue providing You services. If We deny your request, We will explain why.
